Harbison State Forest Reopens After Two-Week Closure From Dog Attacks

Harbison State Forest is back open after reports of dog attacks.

The forest reopened Tuesday after a two week closure. One of the two dogs involved in reported attacks was shot during that time- but the other dog has not been located. Anyone who sees a dog unattended in the forest is asked to report it to the Forestry Commission- and call 911 if the animal seems dangerous.
