A man incarcerated in Kershaw County is accused of killing another inmate.
The South Carolina Department of Corrections says Terry Wayne Cook, Junior was stabbed in the Kershaw Correctional Institution on May 6th. Cook died of his injuries in June.
Emmanuel Hutchinson is accused of using a homemade wooden stake in the stabbing. He's charged with murder, possession of a weapon of a violent crime and carrying a concealed weapon by an inmate.
