Columbia, SC) - Governor McMaster is ordering flags be flown at half-staff at state buildings in memory of Charlie Kirk. The conservative activist was shot at an event at a Utah college Wednesday afternoon and died. McMaster said on social media that President Trump requested the flags be lowered. The order is underway for the state capitol and other state buildings through sunset on Sunday.
