Former Charleston County Magistrate Judge Being Held Without Bond

(Charleston County, SC) -- A former Charleston County magistrate judge is being held without bond after a court hearing Wednesday morning. The U.S. Department of Justice says James B. Gosnell Junior is charged with possession of child sexual abuse material. The bond court judge set a detention hearing for Monday. Gosnell will be held in custody until then. Gosnell was suspended from his magistrate judge role after federal authorities arrested him.
