Another beer garden is closing amid rising costs from South Carolina's liquor liability insurance law.
The Dales Biergarten & Bottle Shoppe in Springdale is closing after this week. This comes after the closure of Columbia Craft Brewing Company and the announcement that The Woody on Main would close after Halloween.
Businesses say the state's liquor liability insurance law is causing large increases in costs.
