Misty Burton is a woman who wants to leave the world better than she found it.
After leaving a career in education and training, she decided to transfer her skills to help win people over to the idea of using their purchasing power for good.
Through her business Tenfold Collective, she connects artisans + small makers to women who desire to use their shopping power to drive positive social change and grow community.
What started in January 2018 with one handmade product as way to raise awareness around human trafficking, has turned into something much greater because of the incredible Tenfold community. The first Tenfold brick and mortar opened in August 2022 on Main Street in Lexington, SC. Here, she partners with 100+ brands that work all over the world to amplify the voice of women. Misty believes that you do not have to change everything to change the world, perhaps just where you buy your earrings.
She and her husband, Lee, live in Lexington with their 3 sons.
