(Columbia, SC) -- The state Supreme Court is taking up South Carolina's new abortion law in court tomorrow.
Justices will meet to go over a revised law that was signed by the governor last month.
The legislation changed some of the language from a previous bill that was approved early this year, but a new six-week abortion ban is still in place.
A state court judge blocked the most recent bill right after it passed in May.
